47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do

Intro: September 20 is designated as the day that ‘Everybody Pray for Christopher Hitchens 克里斯托
弗・埃里克’. Hitchens is a well-known atheist and the author of the recent bestselling book God is Not
Great 上帝不是偉大的. He has venomously attacked religions in general and the Abrahamic religions
(Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) in particular – calling them “radical, irrational, and intolerant”. He
even went as far as attacking Mother Teresa, using foul language and imagery to discredit her life-long
missionary work. Hitchens has recently been diagnosed with a terminal throat cancer (partly due to his
life style of heavy smoking and drinking).
