The Most Precious 最寶貝的

Scripture: 路加福音 Luke 15: 1-10 (Message version)

1-3 By this time a lot of men and women of doubtful reputation were hanging around Jesus, listening intently. The Pharisees and religion scholars were not pleased, not at all pleased. They growled, "He takes in sinners and eats meals with them, treating them like old friends." Their grumbling triggered this story.

4-7 "Suppose one of you had a hundred sheep and lost one. Wouldn't you leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the lost one until you found it? When found, you can be sure you would put it across your shoulders, rejoicing, and when you got home call in your friends and neighbors, saying, 'Celebrate with me! I've found my lost sheep!' Count on it—there's more joy in heaven over one sinner's rescued life than over ninety-nine good people in no need of rescue.

8-10 "Or imagine a woman who has ten coins and loses one. Won't she light a lamp and scour the house, looking in every nook and cranny until she finds it? And when she finds it you can be sure she'll call her friends and neighbors: 'Celebrate with me! I found my lost coin!' Count on it—that's the kind of party God's angels throw every time one lost soul turns to God."

⁶ 就 請 朋 友 鄰 舍 來 ， 對 他 們 說 ： 我 失 去 的 羊 已 經 找 著 了 ， 你 們 和 我 一 同 歡 喜 罷 ！ ⁷ 我 告 訴 你 們 ， 一 個 罪 人 悔 改 ， 在 天 上 也 要 這 樣 為 他 歡 喜 ， 較 比 為 九 十 九 個 不 用 悔 改 的 義 人 歡 喜 更 大 。 ⁸ 或 是 一 個 婦 人 有 十 塊 錢 ， 若 失 落 一 塊 ， 豈 不 點 上 燈 ， 打 掃 屋 子 ， 細 細 的 找 ， 直 到 找 著 麼 ？ ⁹ 找 著 了 ， 就 請 朋 友 鄰 舍 來 ， 對 他 們 說 ： 我 失 落 的 那 塊 錢 已 經 找 著 了 ， 你 們 和 我 一 同 歡 喜 罷 ！ ¹⁰ 我 告 訴 你 們 ， 一 個 罪 人 悔 改 ， 在 神 的 使 者 面 前 也 是 這 樣 為 他 歡 喜 。 」

Sermon Outline大綱:

We often see God as a righteous judge, sitting on the heavenly throne, judging the world. To be fair, the Scripture does tell us the coming of the final judgment. But until then, Jesus gives us another image of God, as the shepherd who lost one sheep, or as the woman who lost one coin.

我們常常把上帝看成是一位正義凜然的審判官，坐在天上的王座上審判這世界。

事實上，經文確實提到那將要來臨的最後的審判。而在那之前，耶穌卻給了我們上帝的另一個形象，上帝就好像是那位失去一隻羊的牧人，也好像是那位遺失一個銅板的婦人。

1. God takes the initiative to seek the lost one

上帝主動去尋找迷失的人

• shepherd going out to find lost sheep, woman lighting a lamp and sweep the house to find lost coin
• 牧羊人出發去找那隻迷途的羊，婦人為了找那遺失的銅板，半夜起來點燈打掃房子

2. God’s love for the lost one is extraordinary

上帝給迷失的人的愛是真特別的

• the shepherd took real risk by leaving the other ninety-nine sheep in the open country
• 把剩下的九十九隻羊丟在曠野，牧羊人確實冒著很大的危險

3. God rejoices in finding the lost one

上帝找到迷失的人就真歡喜

• both shepherd and the woman went and told their friends and neighbors about finding the lost one
• 找到失去的羊和銅板之後，牧羊人和婦人都去告訴鄰居們

Through these two parables, we see that God sees us, each one of us, uniquely, as the most precious.

從這兩則比喻，我們看見上帝所看到的我們，我們當中的每一個，既獨特又是最珍貴的。
