默想經節 約翰福音03：16 ~ 21
本週五晚上六點20分，成人將在教會集合，前往 St-Andrew & St-Paul，參加中會的青年晚會，由本教會敬拜小組為台灣88水災賑災募款音樂會

Aaron Tsay said...We're having our first worship team practice tomorrow night. Hopefully, the practice will be extremely efficient as most of us have other heavy workload to attend to.
- I would like to ask you guys to pray for me as I am still struggling and trying to manage my time properly. I have been fully committed to playing basketball and serving in a sports ministry with other youths from different churches in Montreal. As a result, it is taking a lot of my time and I'm trying to balance that with my studying. Pray that God may grant all of the students efficiency while studying and to be productive.
- Also would ask if you guys could all pray for Hernan. He seems to be missing home already. Pray that God may send angels around him so that he may feel love, joy and peace from God.

John 3:16 「 神愛世人，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的，不致滅亡，反得永生。3:17 因為 神差他的兒子降世，不是要定世人的罪.....What is the Words connected to you when you read this Bible scriptures . It does connecte to your " life " . as we all know God created us has His purpose . cause He already pay the cost prepared for us to receive grace to enter the Eternal Life . He is waiting for you and me to follow His will and all we have to do is believe in Him and say Yes ,
and repent ,we only accepted . then God's mercy will be with you . don't wait and try to walk on your way , but follow Lord's path with His guidence ,this way is much saver and easier . In God we may trust !

上帝是愛, 上帝也是光,
來就近光, 這光要照我們,

Martin Luther called this verse, John 3:16, “the heart of the Bible, the Gospel in miniature”. It is perhaps the first Bible verse that I had memorized. Over the years, I have come back to this verse again and again, to reflect, to meditate on God’s grace.
Recently I came across this comment on John 3:16 that I like to share with everyone:
“It's so simple a child can understand it; yet it condenses the deep and marvelous truths of redemption into these few pungent words: 'God"...The greatest Lover 'So loved"...The greatest degree 'The world"...The greatest number 'That He gave"..The greatest act 'His only begotten Son".The greatest gift 'That whosoever"..The greatest invitation 'Believeth"...The greatest simplicity 'In Him"...The greatest Person 'Should not perish"..The greatest deliverance 'But"....The greatest difference 'Have"....The greatest certainty 'Everlasting Life"..The greatest possession.”
Can God's greatest love, greatest act, greatest gift really conquer and transform our infinite smallness (conceit, ignorance, dishonesty and penchant for politics...)? What if we simply do not have the capacity for his greatness?
Persistent and rampant, this smallness that is human can turn a fertile ground into desert, can curse any sense of freedom and desire for God. It is so slimy you can't scrub it off; it is ever under our skin. Ever under our skin...
Jesus, my King, slipped into this skin, plunged into the slime. Instead of being grossly disgusted, he stayed and invited us to journey life-long with him to Jerusalem.
Because He came to be not just with us but in us, we can receive the greatest love, greatest act, greatest gift that is God himself.
May this receiving not be in vain.

神就是光，有光就沒有黑暗，耶穌基督他來，原是要與我們一同擔負我們的罪，我們卻誤會，祂來是要定我們的罪，而拒絕祂，我們的損失實在太大了！
願我們天天都能把神的話讀明白，教我們天天都活在神的光中！
今天的經節，讓我想起好久好久以前，著名的佈道家葛理翰牧師受邀到台灣佈道，那時候還很年輕，一聽說有那麼有名的牧師要前去佈道，事前就有很大的期待，迫不及待地想知道他到底會傳講出甚麼樣有力的、震撼人心的、”不同的”信息 。
結果，透過電視轉播，他當晚講道的頭一句話是：「神愛世人，甚至將祂的獨生子賜給他們…」(接著的信息內容大家應該很容易可以連想得知了… ) ；直到今天，我還很清楚地記得自己當時的反應，??... 那麼有名的牧師，怎麼在那麼大型的聚會裡，就用那麼直接、通俗的，大家都耳熟能詳的「道理」呢? 更何況是在那個，基督教的真理似乎只普遍存在於電線杆上的年代裡?
那一次的經歷對我個人的信仰是一次重要的衝擊與學習；在年輕、自以為不錯、懂得皮毛道理的日子裡，很難體會，也很容易忽略，真理原來就是那麼簡單(“greatest simplicity" – 最偉大的單純 ，I like it! )，不用長篇大論，就可以一針見血地，藉著聖靈自己的動工給呈現出來，教人藉由「聽」道，可以「想」道，受感而「知」道，然後降服而願意「信」道，接著，更進一步靠著那加給我們力量的，可以學習「 行」道，喜樂地奔行天路… 。
真好，又一天靈糧的供應，足夠我們再次享受滿有活力的一天了。
P.S. 突然想到，我們應該也要好好學習「看」道，聖經不是在箴言裡說到可以由察看螞蟻學智慧 (箴66)，何況眼睛能看的人事物還真是多呢，求上帝幫助。
God love us. And Jesus come to let us walk to shadow to light. And if Jesus is not with us,we gonna walk to shadow to darkness.
相信基督,不信基督。
這兩者在一則選擇題中就可以改變人們的命運。
真的很慶幸，我選擇了基督耶穌。
從小爸爸就讓我和妹妹受洗成爲基督徒，讓我們一直是在主的關愛下長大。基督也都一路上為我們照明了所有道路，才會讓我們走到至今快樂豐富的生活。經歷過的很多困難，主也都幫忙解決了。一切都是這麽順利呢！
感謝主，求主一直能在我心中。
主耶穌是世上的光,使我不走在黑暗中
又是我在困難中的亮光和盼望,
神爱世人。“他叫日头照给好人，也照给歹人；降雨给义人，也给不义的人。”神的爱不像人的爱，是无法测度的。而且他差他的独生爱子为我们死，并且要让万人得救。但那些不信作恶的人却不接受那光，因为他们怕受责备；那些行真理的就爱那光，主就赦免他们的罪。
